Creed Equities

WHO WE ARE

Founded in the early 1990s, Creed Equities is a New York City-based privately held real estate investment firm that develops, owns, and operates assets across all property types. Our focus is on acquiring value-add and core properties in primary and secondary markets across the U.S. Our investment portfolio spans many asset classes including residential, office, retail, and industrial properties. Our firm focuses on long-term value creation and has the flexibility to make investments with a longer hold period than typical real estate opportunity funds. Creed Equities seeks to unlock unrealized value in its portfolio over time through execution and a hands-on asset management approach. We continue to put our attention on identifying, acquiring, repositioning, managing, financing, and ultimately trading value-add assets.

At Creed Equities, we also look to invest in real estate through different avenues. We are currently issuing short term bridge and construction loans to qualified developers and institutions.
